Peggy and I were listening to jazz the other night and "I Remember You" played by the original George Shearing Quintet in 1949 or so, popped into our minds. We heard that group and listened to the recording many times, before it disappeared somewhere along the way. So I searched for it on You Tube, but didn't find it. I did find a wonderful recording, also one I remember by Bird, with Al Haig on Piano. So jazz musicians and fans let's "Remember."
